Flexibility

Where dirt, corrosive gases or other problematic elements occur, fans are exposed to particular challenges. Our DVP range with vertical discharge were specially developed for such applications in the food, electronics, medical facilities and chemical industries. With the help of robust and carefully selected components, there function reliably in unfavourably conditions. The range supports temperatures from -15°C to +60°C through continuous operation.

Reliability

The weatherproof casing made from polypropylen is hard-wearing.

The combination of casing and motor construction ensure minimize the need for maintenance of the fans and allows long continuous operation.

Construction

Robust, weatherproof casing made of PP. Terminal box on the casing.

Impeller

The DVP fans use single-flow impellers from PP with effective blade geometry, dynamically balanced and paired with corresponding external rotor motors or IEC motor with efficiency IE3.

Motor

DVP fans are delivered with AC motors. Motors are suitable for 50Hz.

Motor protection

The motor protection can be implemented on site with an over-current relay.

Control

AC motors can be controlled by 5-step, stepless speed regulator, D/Y switch or frequency converter.

Installation

The DVP are for outside installation.
