Genius is a compact Central Building Services Unit that saves space while providing an efficient and economical set of services for domestic properties. It can take care of ventilation, heating, cooling and hot water production.
All it needs to operate is a secondary air circuit in addition to conventional ventilation ducts. The integrated air/air heat pump means that a floor heating system is not required.
Room ventilation is provided by a controlled air/air/water-heat pump which acts as pure air heating in winter. In the summer, its reversible operation means that it provides effective cooling, to ensure an agreeable indoor climate all year round.
All the functions of Genius can be used individually or in parallel. The system is controllable by an internet application or via the control panel on the unit. Intelligent single room control via room sensors is also possible. When combined with PV systems, the Genius unit can form a part of a self-sufficient, CO2 neutral system.
