Hard Wearing
The unit offers a combination of aluminium casing and optional steel plates, allowing the unit to remain M1 fire rated due to an additional 15mm layer of pyramidal foam.

The KPB line is belt driven and is powered by IEC (IE3) motors, utilising a double inlet design to handle airflow of up to 50°C.

The unit utilises rubber contact points to minimise noise, allowing for quiet, seamless operation.

KPB boxes can incorporate a multitude of accessories that facilitate adaptation to all types of installation.
Built around a robust aluminium frame and supported by single, or double, steel panels; the KPB range combines power with protection. The unit’s double inlet belt driven is operated at speeds from 700 to 50 000 m3/h through the use of an IP 55 F class IEC motor.
The KPB range also utilises four anti-vibration rubber contact points mounted below the casing to reduce noise. Units utilise an 18mm rubber joint to act as a flexible seal to attach to external mechanisms. This is combined with an easy-access, maintenance-free design built around a polyamide hinged ¼ turn-key and lock door.
The unit follows an easy to install design that allows for linking to an IP 55 connection box and the ability to support transported air of temperatures of up to 50℃. This also includes compatibility with the Systemair accessory range which includes inlet dampers, frequency converters, switches and more.
